Fintura
Compliance

Compliance documents, signed without the chase.

Send the supporting documents a compliance service needs for signature inside Fintura, and track each one through to signed.

The problem

Stop chasing signatures over email. And stop hunting for where each one got to.

When a mandate or a share resolution needs signing, it goes out by email and its status lives in your inbox. The work slows down, and the signed document ends up scattered across folders instead of held with the service it belongs to.

The solution

Signatures, inside the compliance workflow.

Send the documents a service needs for signature, watch them move from sent to signed, and keep every signed copy with its service.

Send compliance documents for signature, in-platform

When a compliance service needs a mandate, a share resolution or a share certificate signed, send it for signature from inside Fintura, as part of the same workflow.

  • Send from inside the compliance workflow
  • Mandates, share resolutions and share certificates
  • Signed inside the platform

Reminders that send themselves

Set an expiry, pick the days to remind on, and Fintura sends reminder emails automatically after the invite goes out. Every signer receives a branded invitation email with one clear place to review and sign.

  • Automatic reminder emails on the days you choose
  • An expiry on every signature request
  • All signers invited at the same time

Stop chasing signatures by email

See every document you have sent for signature and where it stands, from sent to signed, across the whole compliance service. No more chasing replies or wondering what is still outstanding.

  • Sent and signed status at a glance
  • Every supporting document for the service in one view
  • No more email follow-ups

Signed and held with the compliance service

Once a document is signed, Fintura keeps it with the compliance service it belongs to, so every signed mandate, resolution and certificate is on file where you need it, not scattered across folders and inboxes.

  • Signed copies kept with the service
  • No documents scattered across folders
  • On file and ready when you need it

Fintura looks a company up on CIPC by registration number and pulls its record in: company details, directors, addresses, share capital and previous names. Changes at CIPC are typically reflected within about two days, and you refresh a client, or bulk-refresh from the client list, to bring them across.

Yes. Fintura can pull your company and client details from CIPC, which removes most of the manual capture when you onboard.

Turnaround times vary by service and follow SARS's own turnaround times, so they are not something Fintura can shorten. Current figures for every service are on the Service Metrics page inside the platform.

Fintura covers over 50 compliance services across CIPC, SARS and the Department of Employment and Labour, including COIDA and UIF, with filings completed inside the platform.

Yes. Filings are completed within the platform, so you are not moving between systems to get compliance work done.

Pricing is modular and granular. You pay per seat for practice management, per company for compliance, and per taxpayer for tax, and you can mix tiers rather than putting your whole firm on one plan, so you only pay for what each part of your practice needs.
