How does the 20% commission work?

You earn 20% of the first full year of subscription revenue for every practice you refer that converts to a paid plan. Payout triggers once they complete their first billing cycle. There is no clawback risk once that threshold is met.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is paid via bank transfer in ZAR within 30 days of the referred practice completing their first billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation from our team when a payout is processed. Your partner dashboard shows the status of every referral in real time.

Do I need to handle the sales myself?

No. Your job is the warm introduction. Share a unique link or send our team the name and contact of the practice owner and we take it from there. Fintura handles the demo, trial, and onboarding. You will be updated at every stage of the conversion.

What if a practice I refer already has a relationship with Fintura?

If the practice is already in our pipeline or has previously engaged with Fintura, we will review attribution manually and be transparent about the outcome. We operate on a first-touch basis for referral links, but we take a common sense approach to edge cases. Reach out to our team before referring if you are unsure.

What firms is Fintura best suited for?

SA accounting practices of 2 to 50 staff managing CIPC compliance for a client book. The sweet spot is around 5 staff with 100 to 200 client entities, currently using InfoDocs, DataGrows, or still working manually through the CIPC portal. Full SARS tax workflow submissions are on the roadmap for later this year.

Can I be a Fintura user and a partner at the same time?

Yes. Many of our best referral partners are practitioners who use Fintura in their own practice. Your experience using the product is often the most credible thing you can share with a prospect. Just apply through this page and our team will set up your partner link separately from your account.

Is there a minimum referral commitment?

No minimum. Referral partners can refer at their own pace with no expectations attached. Channel Partners who want access to co-marketing budgets and priority support are expected to maintain an active pipeline, but there is no hard number and you can step back at any time.
