At 5 practices a month that is 60 introductions a year, and the figure holds while you keep referring at that pace. Not every introduction signs and not every practice stays a year, so actual earnings will vary.

Everything you need to know
Everything a partner asks before applying. If yours is not here, put it in the form and we will answer it directly.
You earn 20% of what a referred practice pays for their Fintura subscription each month, for up to twelve months from their first paid invoice. It is commission on the subscription itself, so once-off services and implementation fees are not included. If they cancel, commission stops at that point.
By bank transfer in rand, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the payment clears, and then monthly for as long as they stay subscribed. You will get a confirmation each time a payout is processed, and your partner dashboard shows the status of every referral in real time. If a practice reverses or charges back a payment we have already paid you on, that amount comes off your next payout.
Ninety days. When a practice signs up using your referral link the clock starts, and you earn commission if they activate and pay within that window. If they sign up without your link, or take longer than ninety days to activate, it cannot be attributed to you. That is why the link matters more than the introduction.
No. Your job is the warm introduction, and the practice signs up through your own referral link so it is tracked to you. Fintura handles the demo, the trial and the onboarding, and picks up an interested practice within five working days. What we do ask is that you stay in touch with them during the 90-day window, because a practice that hears from the person who recommended us converts far more often than one that does not. Only send us contacts who are happy to hear from Fintura.
No, and no. Your rate is fixed for each practice for their full twelve months, and any change we agree later applies only to new referrals. We will not move a practice you referred into another partner programme while you are still earning on them. If you leave the programme, commission on practices that already converted keeps paying to the end of their twelve months.
Fintura is not a VAT vendor, so there is no VAT on the subscription your commission is calculated from. On your side, if you are VAT-registered you issue us a tax invoice before we release payment, and your own tax obligations remain yours. We may report commission payments to SARS where the law requires it.
If the practice is already in our pipeline or has previously engaged with us, we review attribution manually and are transparent about the outcome. We work on a first-touch basis for referral links, and we take a common-sense approach to edge cases. Reach out to our team before referring if you are unsure.
South African accounting practices of 2 to 50 staff managing CIPC compliance for a client book. The sweet spot is around 5 staff with 100 to 200 client entities, currently tracking deadlines in a spreadsheet or a general practice-management tool, or still working manually through the CIPC portal. Yes, and many of our best affiliate partners are practitioners who run their own practice on Fintura. Your experience using the product is often the most credible thing you can share with a prospect. Note that if you are an affiliate or channel partner as well as a user, your earnings come through your partnership agreement rather than the referral option inside the product. Apply through this page and our team will set your partner link up separately from your account.
No minimum. Affiliate partners refer at their own pace with no expectations attached. Channel partners who want co-marketing budget and priority support are expected to keep an active pipeline, but there is no hard number and you can step back at any time.
